Pre Natal Classes:
At the moment we are not running group pre-natal classes, but if you register your interest with us, then we will look to add a class to the timetable. In the meantime, if you would like a private class (either at the studio or at your own home), please contact us and we can discuss your requirements.
Post Natal Classes:
We are not currently running any post-natal classes, but if you register your interest with us, then we will look to add a class onto the timetable. Alternatively, you can join in the beginner classes as long as you have been cleared by your doctor or midwife to exercise.
If you would prefer to have a private class (either at the studio or at your own home), then please contact us and we can discuss your requirements.
Osteoporosis / Osteopenia Safe Classes:
These conditions are becoming more and more common, and due to the nature of the conditions, many of the traditional Pilates exercises are contraindicated (not allowed). We are not currently running classes specifically targeted at those of you who suffer with these conditions, although it is something that we would like to do in future. In the meantime, the classes that are suitable for those of you with either osteoporosis or osteopenia, are the beginner classes and the 60 min general level classes.
If you would like to attend other classes, then you will need to complete a course of private classes to ensure that you know how to adapt the exercises to remain safe during these classes.

Ladies Only Classes:
If you are not able to participate in a class with men, due to personal or religious reasons, I would like to offer the opportunity to join a 'ladies only' class. If you would like to register your interest for this type of class, please contact us and we will add one to the timetable.
