If there is not currently a class on the timetable, please register your interest by contacting us and we will let you know as soon as it is added to the timetable.

This class is aimed at those of you who are new to Pilates as well as those who would like to refresh the basics.

A very personal approach is taken to ensure the basic principles are understood. The exercises are slower and more time is spent explaining the movements.

Everybody is welcome to join this class, whether you are pregnant or suffering from an injury.

Beginner Pilates

This class is set at a slightly faster pace when compared to the beginner level, however you will still have the opportunity to deepen your understanding & experience within your body.

Different exercise options will be given to ensure that beginners and advanced clients alike will feel challenged.

Everybody is welcome to join this class, although if you are injured then you may benefit by attending the beginner level. Contact us if you would like to discuss your options.

General Pilates

Longer workshops will be run periodically with guest speakers / specialists discussing specific topics which may include:

  • running

  • cycling

  • rock climbing

  • meditation

  • alignment

  • muscle release

  • exercises for the office

If there is a subject that interests you, please contact us and let us know. We'll do our best to add it to the calendar.
