MATWORK:
I teach matwork classes on a Monday evening in Fulham, (Fulham Osteopathic Care). This class is set at an intermediate level, but if you are fit and healthy and willing to participate without covering the basics, you're more than welcome to join in.

MATWORK:
I teach private (1:1) and duet (1:2) classes at your home or office. I bring all equipment with me, so you can fit in a class whenever it works best for you.
APPARATUS:
I teach private apparatus classes from my home in Putney. The apparatus includes The Reformer, The Tower, The Chair and The Ladder Barrel.
